Vancouver, BC, Canada - Tree of Life Show – May 26, 2010 – Island Abbey Foods Ltd., specialty honey manufacturer, today officially announced the launch of a new product at the Tree of Life Show in Vancouver, Honibe™ – Honey Sprinkles™ – For Desserts, Baking, and More!, which are the world’s first dried granules of honey that are served in shaker bottles to be used as an everyday baking addition in the kitchen.

The new line of Honey Sprinkles™ will include retail sized bottles of 65 grams and 135 grams which will both include easy flip tops for quick dispensing. Retail bottles of Honey Sprinkles™ will be available across North America on supermarket shelves in the baking aisle. For food service, 1 kilogram bottles will be available for use by bakers and chefs alike as a new staple in every commercial kitchen.
